Groundbreaking
Surveyors set out every gridline to ±2 mm before a single bar of steel is placed. Two levels of basement, 14,000 m³ of excavation, 2,100 tonnes of rebar.
Phase 02 · Months 5–14
Structure
Ironworkers raise a floor every six days, bolting connections 150 metres above the street while the crane sets steel to the centimetre.
Phase 03 · Months 12–20
Envelope
1,840 unitised curtain-wall panels of bronze-tinted glass and honed limestone, set by glaziers working in four-person crews.
Phase 04 · Months 18–25
Craft
Book-matched Calacatta, hand-fitted walnut and bronze. Master craftsmen finish the spaces people will actually touch.

Handover
Commissioned, certified LEED Platinum and handed over on the day we promised: 38 levels, lit for the first time.
